I just unboxed my flex and charged till 4 lights. While going through the set-up my flex will not show up on my iPhone 6 to pair. Even tried with my MacBook and still no device is found. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@TexasFight I'm very happy to hear that you are part of our Fitbit family now and let me welcome you to the Community! I recommend to try the following:

1. Open the Fitbit App and log out
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Finally, set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device

Please let me know if the issue persist, I'll be around! Smiley Wink

I followed all the steps and it's still not pairing with my iPhone 6 on the Fitbit app. The lights go back and forth the with 2 lights stopping and one of the lights blinks fast and then nothing. Glad to be part of the Fitbit community if this flex ever starts working.

Hi @TexasFight, I have a second round of suggestions that should help you out. I'd recommend:

1. Restarting your tracker.

2. Rebooting your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the "Replacing a Tracker.." instructions to pair your tracker to your existing account.

If for some reason the instructions above didn't help you out, you can also setup your tracker using a computer. Click here for instructions.

Even if you set up your tracker on a computer, you'll be able to sync to your iOS device. Hope this helps!

@TexasFight in addition on @DerrickS's post. Have you tried to tap your Flex rapidly for one to two seconds until it vibrates?, it will flash all five LED lights three times and show a brief spinning light pattern. The reason why I'm asking you this, is because your lights description sounds like you have the Flex on sleep mode. Smiley Embarassed
