My Fitbit isn’t staying connected to my phone any quick fixes??

There are some factors that may affect the connectivity between your Fitbit and your phone, for example, if the OS of your phone isn't updated, or if your Fitbit synced with another device before.
To get your Fitbit connected to your phone, I'd suggest to do the following:
1. Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings in your phone.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth from any other device nearby.
3. Restart your Fitbit device.
4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the account icon at the upper right corner.
5. Tap on the option to setup a device and choose your Fitbit.
6. If prompted, select the option to replace it and follow the onscreen instructions.
These steps will help to re-establish the connection so your Fitbit can stay connected to your phone.
