Hi There,
I just got fitblit charge HR and it works just fine.
the only issue I'm experiencing is that when I get an incoming call - it doesn't show me the name of the caller - just the ringing phone icon.
Is it a known issue? Is there a workaround? 🙂
other than that I'm liking it so far!
Editted later: few facts: I'm using iPhone 6 with latest IOS and I remembered to check the "incoming call" option under "notifications".
Thanks,
Amir

@NewFitBlitter - Your device is synced to your iPhone 6. (Thanks for that detail!) On your iPhone, does the caller ID show up correctly? Your device will only display caller ID info if it is showing up on your iPhone.
Please let us know.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response!
Caller ID is shown correctly on my screen...
But I think I understood the problem, Is it possible that Caller ID works only for contacts stored in English?
I changed my office number (in my iPhone's contacts app) to "Office" and fitblit managed to show the caller's name correctly.
Any idea if fitblit's future software will support UNICODE?

Wow, Amir! Good job figuring this out! It sounds logical that if your Fitbit device is set up for English, it would only recognize English caller ID information. I don't know if Fitbit is planning to support UNICODE in the future, but click HERE to request it as a new feature.
