Hi when my mum has rung me ( in the same house) it shows her caller ID on my Fitbit charge but when anyone else rings me ( not in our house) it doesn't show up. Can you please advise me on what to try

Welcome to the Community @abi040804. First, I recommend verifying that your phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. If it is, follow the Calls Notifications troubleshoot. After these steps, you can test your tracker.
