Staying logged in on the app

Since the 2.19 update if I go back to my iPhone's home screen it logs me out of the Fitbit app. I cannot get it to keep me logged in. Wasn't an issue before this last update. I have to re-login and then re-sync every time I just want to check daily progress. I have a Flex and am using the latest iOS on an iPhone 6s.

Hi @SierraA

 

Moved this thread from the Flex to the iOS section since being a app related issue. This increases the chance of getting a solution.

I have been having the same problem, on my iPad, for weeks! It's random, too. I can go a couple of days with no issue, then suddenly, I'm logged out. It happens even when I don't leave my home wifi environment. Annoying, for sure.
