Calls and text messages have stopped coming to my Charge 3 after recent IOS update. I have tried restarting both the phone and Fitbit. Bluetooth is connected and the Fitbit is synced to my I-phone. Please advise. Thank you!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @JaimeLynnS.
I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 stopped receiving call and text notifications after recent iOS update. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend confirming that you don't have "Do not disturb" or "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
You can double check the notifications settings and find the complete troubleshooting instructions at How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Finally figured it out. On your Fitbit watch you will need to turn off “Do not Disturb” and “Sleep Mode”
On your Fitbit Watch:
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to Do Not Disturb & select off
3. then scroll to Sleep Mode & select off
Once this is done you will start getting the vibrations from calls and texts. This will not affect your alarm settings. The alarm will still alert you & vibrate.
