the daily burn average 11,000

I use to average 3,500 a day and 23,000 approx per week.

i felt this was a big so I reinstalled and updated the app. Nothing changed. All my past data for the past 1 year has a 3-fold increase in calorie count.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a resolution here.

Thanks!

Check your profile settings for age, height, weight at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit - if one of these has accidentally changed then it can have this sort of affect.

Thank you, Steve. This helped. Weight was showing 430kgs instead of 81kgs. Calorie count is now back to normal but the past data for 1 year is still showing the 3-fold spike. I suppose this will sync back to what it was before in sometime.
