Hello @Mrjasenw, welcome to the Fitbit Community!
In this situation, I would like to recommend logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your iOS device and log back in to the app. This should help the app update the calorie information correctly when you add food.
Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

Hope you're having a lovely day @Mrjasenw! Thanks for getting back. If you're still having issues with your calories in with your iOS device, I'd like to have screen shots of the issue. Can you send one of the food you're logging vs the total of your calories in at that moment.
That's a pretty weird thing, I would like to further investigate.
I'll be waiting for your response!
