Hello @Gerard1954, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that if your Charge 2 gets removed from your account, the step tile will be removed and the calories tile will automatically become the main tile unless you have set up MobileTrack in your iPhone. Now, if your Charge 2 is still connected to your account and the step tile disappears or is not the main tile, you can scroll all the way down in the Dashboard and tap on Edit, while on Edit mode, you can move the tiles around and enable any tile that might be set as invisible.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @Fran1988, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new members! I hope you're doing well @Gerard1954, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

@Fran1988, usually when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:

  1. Your tracker has been removed accidentally from the account: To check this, please tap on the Account button and verify that your tracker is listed under your Name. If it's not, please set it up as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  2. The tile has been removed from the Dashboard and is now invisible: To verify this, please scroll down until you find the Edit button. Tap on it and the invisible tiles will display a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on the plus sign to make them visible again.

@Gerard1954, are you not able to see more tiles to add when you tap on Edit? Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see when tapping on Edit? That will be very helpful for me to check this further.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Hi MarcoG - thanks for the advice.  I upgraded to an iPhone 7, and had downloaded the Fitbit app, but couldn’t link my Fitbit until I had removed the app from my old phone.  Step tile, and steps now showing!
