Can I get the old dashboard back?

I hate the new dashboard. Terrible. If I wanted to see the tiles, I would sign in on a desktop. I can't see what I want to see on my phone. Appreciate any help.

I don't know which is worse....the horrendous interface or the deafening silence from Fitbit.  Whatever happened to listening to your customers.....BAD BAD BAD!

I don't  think they really care at all.  This is my last fitbit.

Being ignored by Fitbit I think is the worst. It shows they do not care about their customers.  Not very good for business since customers can help the business by pushing the product to friends, co workers, family members etc. I no longer advise anyone to buy Fitbit brand. 😃

I feel that Fitbit has neglected all of our requests for the old dashboard.

Perhaps we should neglect them and look elsewhere??

I was told if enough people complain a change could come.  I hate this new one also.

I absolutely agree with each of you that have expressed your dislike of the New Dashboard. It would be admirable if a Fitbit rep would reply on this matter. There must be a reason for this change that's been made.
I will say this, I recently came back to using Fitbit. I had tried using a Samsung Gear S2 Classic. It was ok as a fitness tracker and an excellent smart watch. It had many functions that the Fitbit Blaze does Not have, but I didn't care for the app that it uses, S-Health. I much prefer Firbit's app.  Even with the change in the Dashboard. I used my new Samsung Gear S2 Classic for about 2 months before deciding to buy the Blaze.
Hope this helps a little. Good Luck in whatever you decide to do. I'm actually getting use to the new Dashboard. (I prefer the new Dashboard than having to go back to the S-Health app.)

I posted here earlier about my dissatisfaction with the new dashboard. I
followed Chubbycat's instructions and was able to get back the old
dashboard on my Android, but I find it takes longer to sync than the new
dashboard. Sometimes I have to turn my Bluetooth off and then back on again
for the old dashboard to sync. This happened occasionally before the new
dashboard was in place as well. I never have to do that with the new
dashboard, and while I like the old dashboard better, I have gotten used to
the new dashboard and use it now. Compared to the other problems going on
in my life, this is a minor issue and I have moved on.

I agree with you, AnnaBaptist. I don't care for the New Dashboard, but I do like the Fitbit app overall. I believe that it's a great activity tracker.

Yes, but fit bit must give the people what they want.

Great!  This is such a minor thing.  I haven't lost any sleep over it.

My account icon is in the upper right hand corner and has no choice for either old or new dashboard

Yes you are right.  But, it's nothing we can do or say.  Their need to be more people feeling the way we do.  Then we can get somewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback.

I can assure you the comments have been reviewed and the sentiment of no longer being able to revert back to the original dashboard has been shared with our iOS team. While there are no plans to revert access to the old Dashboard at this time, we always appreciate feedback on how to improve our app.

We are closing this board and directing all Dashboard feedback to post at our original thread here. Feel free to join the conversation on this thread going forward.
