Hello @lmcdonald39, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Thanks for joining the conversation @LZeeW, thanks for your help. ![]()
@lmcdonald39, please note that our team is working with partners to find ways to bring quick text replies to messaging apps for iOS users – we hope to share more on this in the future. We’d love to be able to offer quick text replies to our iOS users now, but Apple operates a closed ecosystem that doesn’t allow us to deliver this feature at this time so the feature is working only on Android devices.
Thanks for your understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums. Please note that in the latest app update, our team implemented Quick Replies for iOS for the Fitbit app only. We still don't have news regarding Quick Replies being added to other apps as well, but please keep an eye on future updates, once we have more to share, we'll do it through the official Forums.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thanks for coming back. Please note that our team has implemented Quick Replies in the Versa but this are only working, for the moment, when replying to messages sent through the Fitbit app. Once we have more information to share about this feature or future updates, we'll make sure to let our members know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @lmcdonald39, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for coming back. It's great to see you @Sguser, thanks for joining the conversation.
@lmcdonald39, please note that at this moment it's only possible to reply to messages sent to you through the Fitbit app, the response sent will show up on your friend's messages inside the Fitbit app.
@Sguser, I understand you would like to see Quick Replies implemented on other apps as well, please note that even though this feature is only available for the Fitbit app, once we have more announcements about this feature, we'll make sure to post it here on the official Forums. Thanks for your feedback and suggestion.
Thanks again for your understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Best AnswerSorry @Karinademesmin it is not just another phonebutva phone made by apple.
As @MarcoGFitbit pointed out several times above, the reason we are unable to reply with an iOS device is because of a company called Apple. They in their wisdom of knowing what is best for their users have blocked all third parties from being able to reply.
Sorry but this Apple nonsense affects all smartwatches like us and Garmin.
Best AnswerNot to my knowledge, and it will not be until Apple changes its stance on preventing all third party apps from responding.
Sorry but this is also the case for Garmin.
The road block was setup by Apple and Fitbit will not be able to circumvent.
Best AnswerI think that they should make it clear that it only works on certain phones as it’s false advertisement in my opinion
Best AnswerLook at the Box or fitbit.com/devices or download the manual or look at the help docs.
