Hello, I have a galaxy active watch and just switched to iPhone. Are you able to sync the galaxy watch steps to the Fitbit apple app? I was able to use health sync when I had an android but it is not available on iPhone.

@Angie_19 Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for the details provided. Let me explain that currently it's not possible to sync your Samsung watch directly to Fitbit. I understand how helpful this option would be for you and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. If you haven't done so, you can share this idea in the Feature Suggestions board, as well as direct Samsung to our open web API so we can work on it.
Every feedback shared in the forums never goes unnoticed as it helps us to work and improve our services, as well as make Fitbit more useful for you. Yours is truly appreciated and please know it won't be the exception.
See you around.
