Apparently it used to be an option. I'm a full-time caregiver at the moment, caring for my mother. My sleep is so regularly compromised, it really isn't helpful to see a pop up piece of advice saying how detrimental lack of sleep can be for health. As if I don't have enough to worry about!

Thanks for taking the time to share your thorough feedback, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I understand your point of view and I'd suggest the following steps to turn off the sleep insights:
Please note the daily insights at the top of the Fitbit app cannot be turned off. However, you can tap the X in the top right to dismiss a message.
