How do I turn off sleep insights on Fitbit app?

Apparently it used to be an option. I'm a full-time caregiver at the moment, caring for my mother. My sleep is so regularly compromised, it really isn't helpful to see a pop up piece of advice saying how detrimental lack of sleep can be for health. As if I don't have enough to worry about!

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Community Forums.

Because you're asking a question rather than requesting a new feature, I've moved your post to the iOS App board. Thanks for taking the time to share your thorough feedback, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I understand your point of view and I'd suggest the following steps to turn off the sleep insights:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the sleep tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Find the option to turn off sleep insights.

Please note the daily insights at the top of the Fitbit app cannot be turned off. However, you can tap the X in the top right to dismiss a message.

Hope this helps.
