Can not log in to Fitbit app on iPhone7

Here’s what I’ve tried thus far:


-Changed my password, logged in online
-Deleted app and reinstalled.
-Updated iPhone 7 Plus.

I used the app on an iPhone 5 and it worked great. Now with the iPhone 7 Plus, it’s not syncing and every time I try to login it says please “check that your email and password are correct.” I know they are correct bc I logged in here.

Please help!

I am having the same problem as you.  I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.  The web app will only let me log in via facebook.  When I try to log in using my password on both the app and website I get the same error message as you.  I requested to change my password via the website but for some reason I never received an email with a link to reset it (I have been trying for three days).  I contacted tech support but they were unable to help me, I was told by the rep that they "would escalate my issue and have someobe get back to me".....I'll let you know if I find out a solution.
