Can pair with iPad but NOT iPhone

Boy devices are running iOS 9.1. The iPad can see the Charge HR but the iPhone cannot. Unpairing the iPad does not help. Rebooting the iPhone, turning off Bluetooth and then turning it back on does not help. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @Mcduhamel. If you already have paired the tracker, you don't need to paired again. You just need to open the Fitbit app and sync. If it is not syncing, please verify that your phone is a Compatible Device, if it is, follow the Syncing Troubleshoot. If this procedure doesn't work, feel free to contact our Support Team.

I got it figured out, in a sense. When I unpaired from the iPad I was able to pair with the iPhone. Seems both at a time are a problem.

Synced on iPhone and iPad but only working on I pad.  What should I do?
