Can't accept challenges from anyone

I am 3 pictures one is the email I get to join a challenge 2nd is when I open my email it's just a blank page and the 3 picture is showing what I see when I open my Fitbit App for the challenges

I get friends send me Challenge request thru email but it won't let me accept and it does not show up on my Fitbit App please help

Welcome to the forums!

 

You can't do it through email. Must be done on the app.

 

If you are not seeing them then I would Uninstall the app. Shut phone down. Go back in and reinstall the app.

 

Hopefully it will fix it and you start to see them. Let us know

I did what you said to uninstall app turn off phone turn back on reinstall and still does not show my challenges nor can I accept them so sad please help me

I did what you had me do and still nothing it's so frustrating I want my Fitbit to work

Hey there @Nascarchic88! Thanks for following @WendyB's advise. I would like to know what exactly happens when you try to accept the Challenge? Do you receive any error message? Can you provide me with a screenshot of what are you seeing?

When I open my email and click accept challenge it goes into my Fitbit app and just shows a screen and all it say loading when I go to my Fitbit app and click on challenges it opens a blank screen as well I'm really not sure what to do anymore

Hey there @Nascarchic88,. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with the challenges. It seems like for some reason it keeps loading but in the end nothing comes up, right?

 

I can probably recommend two things.  The first one, is to force quit the app by double pressing the home button on your iPhone, swipe the Fitbit app up and open it again and see if you're able to see/accept the challenge.

 

The second one is to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app and see if this helps.

I have already done both of the things you requested me to do to help and it's not doing anything still the same I've done it twice so im not sure what's going on

Thanks for the pictures that you've attached @Nascarchic88. Currently, this is a bug that our engineers are investigating. Your patience and understanding is appreciated while this gets resolved.

ok so its been almost 1 week I'm having trouble with the fitbit app its been sent to esculating for further testing and I don't understand whats taking so long ive done everything I'm been told and still not working why only on my end is anyone else having this problem? today I went to iTunes deleted the app then reinstalled it I synced my iPhone and it gave me the older version which worked so I got to accept challenges I was happy well then it updated to the new version and now I'm back to square one again so frustrating I really need help I'm out of options

@Nascarchic88 ive vombined your three threads so that it is easy to see the history.  The clue I saw was your response to @SilviaFitbit in a brand new 5hread, this caused me to want to research what might be going on.
