Can't accept challenges from anyone

I am 3 pictures one is the email I get to join a challenge 2nd is when I open my email it's just a blank page and the 3 picture is showing what I see when I open my Fitbit App for the challenges

Actually @Nascarchic88, you have been saying that uou can't accept a challenge. There has been nothing said abount not being able to start a challenge. Sorry i would not have kniwn that you could not start one.

Yes I have mentioned both when I open the challenge screen it's shows just a little circle like its trying download or something I've posted pics so no I can't start not can I accept any challenges and it's so frustrating
