That is very weird. You can try to change the password by going into your online Dashboard on www.fitbit.com/login, then click the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address where prompted and click "Submit", you'll receive an email in your inbox with a link. After clicking the link you'll be prompted to enter a new password.
