Can't access IOS app after update

I can't log into the app for some reason. I can see that the app updated itself very recently. When I try to login, I get a message saying Login failed because I need an Internet connection to login but I have got a good working connection!

Hi @HelenRobinson very welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy That is very weird. You can try to change the password by going into your online Dashboard on www.fitbit.com/login, then click the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address where prompted and click "Submit", you'll receive an email in your inbox with a link. After clicking the link you'll be prompted to enter a new password.
