Under my "Account" screen, I cannot access my "Notifications" tab on my iPhone to turn on or off various notifications. I click the arrow and it doesn't respond. I want to be able to get notifications on my Versa 2 from Facebook Messenger but can't get to that option. Please advise. Thanks

@fitnactive50 I noticed a few other posts over the last few days where users are describing the same problem. I asked for moderator help. They will always ask:
- What model iPhone do you use?
- What version iOS do you have?
- What version of the Fitbit app do you have? Tap on your profile picture, then scroll down to Help & Support to find this.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @fitnactive50. It's nice to see you around and thank you for your help, @LZeeW.
@fitnactive50 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for providing a screenshot. I would like to confirm that our team is aware of this issue and they are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as it should allow you access Notifications in the app. For more information about notifications, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue with the notifications button. My only concern with uninstalling and reinstalling the app is I don’t want to lose all of my data.

Hi Heather!
I was experiencing the same problem until 2 minutes ago. When I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, my data was still there upon logging into my Fitbit account.
The data is stored on your Fitbit account, not on your device. Hope this helps!
