Please help! I can't seem to find any place in the all that allows me to even find my charge HR. I can't sync it or anything, and the time is all messed up. I need all the advice I can get.

Hello @Kejuneau,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

The iPhone 4 does not have bluetooth LE.  It was introduced on the iPhone 4S.  Thus your iPhone 4 cannot communicate with your Fitbit.
