I have tried to send two friend requests. I am sure the emails are correct. The recipient hasn’t received the email. Then Fitbit says we’re already friends but aren’t on each other’s lists?

Hello there @Cb87, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Have you both tried force quitting your Fitbit app and tried again? If you haven't yet, please try this and also ask the other person to try adding you instead. 

When your request was accepted, did you receive a confirmation? If so, it's possible your friend's privacy settings are configured in order for him/her to remain hidden from other people. If that's the case, hi/she will need to modify the privacy settings by going to Today Tab and tap your profile picture, under Social & Sharing, tap Privacy and change the privacy to Friends. You can both check your privacy, it could be the other person or even yours the one that is hidden. 

I've moved your post to iOS App for organization purposes.
