Can't add friends

I am having trouble adding my contacts or friends. It doesn't even give me the option to connect my profile to Facebook.

I am sorry to hear you're having trouble adding your contacts or friends. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists. You can confirm the steps to connect with friends in this help article: How do I connect with friends on Fitbit?
