Why is my fitbit versa 2 on some days not logging my active minutes, I walked for over 5 miles and that day it’s 0 minutes and the next it logged an hour and half walk at 4 minutes . I’ve tried everything reset, delete app , Bluetooth and turning phone off

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mely77. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am glad to assist you with your concern about your Versa 2 not tracking your active minutes on some days. Thank you for providing the additional details. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts.

As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. Also keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes?

Since you've tried to restart your watch already, I would like to confirm how do you track your exercises and if you manually log your activities? Manually logged activities override your device's data and could be the reason of the issue you're experiencing.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
