No sleep record

The last two days have no record and I didn’t do anything different, what’s happening! I really needed the last few days!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear you don't have your sleep record for the last two days. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. Thank you for letting me know that you didn't do anything different. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Make sure your device is syncing. You can try these troubleshooting steps if you experience any difficulties with syncing.

2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

3. Confirm that device is snug on your wrist. 

 

It is possible to manually log sleep by following the steps from this help article: How do I edit, or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?
