Ok this is what worked for me and my I pad as I can’t use app on my phone they not comapatable
I was advised to log out of the app. Log bag in again , yea I know you done that before many times so did I but here is where the. Fix came . On my screen after I had logged in again I came across and edit button that he told me to click on and way-to go. I had to put a tick back into some boxes , went back to main screen with him still on the phone and there was my exercise tile. And I could access previous data ! Hope this makes sense
