Can't adjust weight loss start date anymore.

I want to adjust my weight loss start date back to a previous date so that I can easily see my progress since that time.

Previously you could use the steps outlined in this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Revise-weight-loss-goal-without-losing-progress... but this doesn't work for me anymore. The weight loss start date always resets itself to the current date.

I've tried to adjust using both the app and the website but neither works. Please fix this.

Hello and welcome @lyssfitz

I understand you want to adjust your weight loss start date. I believe I can indeed help you. Let’s try this:

Go to your online Dashboard

tap “log” at the top of the screen

look at the second tile down titled “Food Plan”

look closely as you can take your finger and slide that box

slide your finger across that box twice an this will appear (look at screenshot)
now tap edit plan on the right

another box will now pop up and you will see the word edit in blue to the right of “your starting weight”

Unfortunately it doesn't work on both my iPhone App and in the webbrowser. It keeps returning to the date that was wrongly set. So in my example I started my program at nov 4th, later I wanted to change the weight goal and it automatically changed to the date that I adjusted the weight goal on (nov 12th) Then I went through the steps above and on my settings in the app. The furthest date it wants to return to is November 6th, not November 4th. I can pick the date, but it immediately flicks back to the 6th of November. Super frustrating

I tried your solution and it does it work. First off, the 'screen shot' you posted is not visible. I do not have an option for Food Plan when I click on Log. Just my Food Log pops up and it's not a tile on the website, it's just a log. When I went to the main screen and clicked on the Food tile, it took me to the same screen but nowhere does it show Food Plan.

I looked on both my iOS app and the web browser and cannot replicate what you stated.
