hi! I've read many posts on this topic and tried everything suggested (force closed app, uninstalled iOS app and reinstalled, changed the goal in the 'You' section, changed the goal in Fitbit Settings under Nutrition and Weight). No matter what I do, after I save the change it immediately reverts from 1300 calories to 414.
What else can I try? Thanks for any insights.

@lhklette Welcome on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I'm sorry you're having this experience. Because it's been a few days since you posted may I know if the issue persists? Does the same happen with other goals such as steps or weight?
Please make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated as this will ensure its overall performance.

Hi— unfortunately, the problem persists despite me trying all the suggested solutions virtually every day.
Any idea what else I can try? It’s very frustrating.

Hi there, @lhklette.
Thanks for keeping me posted and your efforts while working on this matter. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'd like to share with you that our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app which should be available for everyone. With this in mind, please check the App Store, install it if you see it pending and reboot your phone.
Try changing your calories goal one more time to see how it goes this time.
