Can't change "Target Sleep Schedule" on iOS

Hello - I cannot change the settings under "Target Sleep Schedule" on the iOS FitBit app. When I change the values, then hit "Set Goal," the values reset to ransom times. I've tried everything I can think of... detected app, reinstalled, 'force quit' the app, un-paired/re-paired my FitBit. I'm on the latest version of both the app and the FitBit firmware.

Even though I'm a new FitBit user, I'm gradually getting very frustrated with the bugs everywhere. This is one of them. The other is the "Relax" app stopped working after I undated the FitBit firmware a day after I purchased.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  If you changed your clocks to DST, then you should know that this is a longstanding issue with Fitbit.  It also affects your hourly activity (250 steps/hr settings).  This should sort itself out tomorrow.  Please don't try to fix today's errors.

This is happening to me today too. Daylight savings time has changed my settings, changes my stats and goals. I can not reset my goals back to the correct goals.

Thanks for posting… not sure why they can’t fix a “longstanding” issue. Do the stats revert to the correct information too?

Wasn’t issues like this before Google took over, js…

@Dollgirl this was an issue long before Google acquired Fitbit. My experience with Fitbit goes back ten years and these issues with the time change have been going on for at least that long

I had mine for years before too and it was never a problem for before then… Was simply speaking from my personal experience! 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:
