I just got a replacement Charge HR and am able to go through all of the steps to sync it to my iOS device, but when it comes time to do the initial update I am given an error 400 message.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @The_Chief. It's great to have you here. I would recommend trying @DerrickS's steps to resolve the 400 error message. This should get you back on track.
Thanks for stopping by, see you around.

Hi @Mclausi and welcome to the Community!
Using the replacement setup process should get you on track. Click here for instructions.
If for some reason you are still having trouble setting up after you've tried the suggestion above, I'd then recommend:
1. Restarting your tracker.
2. Restarting your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Use the replacement setup instructions mentioned above to pair your tracker to your already existing Fitbit account.
@Teamwoopwoop I'd recommend steps one through four for you too. You also have the option of setting up your device using a computer too.
Hope this helps!
