Fitbit Bluetooth not connecting to iPhone

Having issues syncing Fitbit to iPhone on my settings. Fitbit can't sync to app so steps aren't being counted. Can count steps for the day but then loses steps the next day.

I've had this happen on occasion. The first thing to try is to restart your iPhone.

 

On my iPhone 6, I have to press the button at the side on the right until I see "Slide to Power Off." 

  • Slide the button.
  • Give it a minute or two, then press that same button again until you see the Apple logo. The phone will power back on.
  • Try again to sync.

 

If that does not work, then restart your Fitbit. Click HERE to search for specific steps for your device. Try again to sync after your Fitbit restarts. 

 

Hopefully this will work for you. Please let me know if it does not.
