Hi Guys,
I wanted to create a group on My IOS fitbit app, but it doesnt work. I get to the Add Details Page,but it will not let me select the Create Button (its grayed out). Im trying to create i private group for me and my friends and i went to Community -> Group -> Create Group to do so. If any other information is needed to solve my problem, just let me know.
Any Help Would be welcome,

Hello @Lucas_L and welcome to the Help forum. Did you add a photo? The Create Group stayed gray until I added a photo. If that isn't the problem, then I have no other advice to offer.

@JuanJoFitbit Fitbit's Help article doesn't give any instructions after Get started. The fact that you need a picture needs to be added as a final step as a user is setting up a group.

I have the same problem with the android app. I tried multiple times to add a photo to the group but the app won't let me. I can click on add photo, can eiher chose a previously taken one or directly take one, chose the cut-out but then it won't save it.

Hello @pixieCH and welcome to the Help forum. The Android and iOS apps are different. They require different code. The issue you are describing is different from the OP of this thread. You should browse the Android forum to see if other Android users have having this same issue. If you can't find a recent thread, you should start a new thread in the Android forum in order to get help.
