Hello @thixo. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm very sorry to hear about this experience and thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've followed. I'd recommend restarting your mobile device and then please try to download the App from this link

If the inconvenience persists, I recommend using your mobile data if you're using wifi or if you can, please try another wifi signal just to test if you can complete the download process. Take into consideration that the Fitbit App should work with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed in this link

On a side note, I've moved your post to another board to keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.

@thixo Thanks for your reply!

Did you try to download the App using your cellular data instead of WiFi? Is there any chance you can try to download it using another mobile device?

There can be many reasons such as poor Internet connection, low storage space on your iOS device, a bug in the App Store, faulty iPhone settings, or even a restriction setting on your iPhone that prevent the apps to download.

I look forward to your response.

have used 10GB of 60GB  storage, can't download to other devices as I don't have the usb key to run from my pc, so apple phone is only way. as for bug in app store, I can't see that as issue. no restrictions an have tried every option available to me, all my other apps work with no issues, even newer ones in last 5 days, ,

Hi All, ,

got tired of downloading the app, and going thru the sync process and an all that, went to purchase history, and found the original app and downloaded it, instantly, fitbit lit up, connected and synced with no issues so far, ( 1 week ), , biggest complaint I have now is, that I have spent near 5 months trying to get the damm thing to stay synced and logging, an now the 6 month free trial of the  advanced features for heart an sleep monitoring are expired, ,  this was a feature I really wanted to explore after having a mini stroke and my sleep cycle completely obliterated and erratic, , would really like to see if FITBIT would allow a 3 month free trial to make up for and to help with understanding my current health issues, , , TIA ! Al
