Hey, I tried syncing my fitbit but got a message that I needed to do a software update on my iphone 6. I did that and I have enough room but I still can't download the app. I tied deleting it and reinstalling it but the icon is grayed out to do the download. Any ideas???

Have you updated your phone?

 

Apple has a tendency to update apps so they only run on the current IOS available. This leads to older phones and ipads being unable to support the new app updates. My old iPad is now a simple paperweight thanks to the software updates.

Yep, I updated to the latest version and apparently I have enough space but no go!! sheeeesh....
