Can't download the Fitbit app on my iPhone 7

What's seems to be the problem , I can't download the Fitbit app from my iPhone 7', initially I couldn't log in so I deleted the app and try to reload the app, which is currently not downloading at all

Are you getting an error message when you try to download the app or is the app not available in the App Store? Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the App Store or in case you're getting an error message? That would be very helpful for me to check this further.

I gave my daughter a Fitbit Alta HR and she is not able to install the Fitbit app on her iPhone 7. Does she need to set it up on her computer first?

My friend also bought Inspire hr recently, but she can't download the fitbit app.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to apologize for the delay int he response. Tell me, which mobile device is your friend using? Note that the iPhone or iPad used should be running iOS 10 or higher in order to use the Fitbit app. 

If the device is running iOS 10 or higher, please send us a screenshot of the error message showing, this will be very helpful for us to check this further.

I do not get an error, the app partially loads and shows a white icon, the app store shows “open” instead of “get” like it’ been loaded. But whether you touch open or touch the app icon nothing happens. Tried deleting it a loading again to get same results.

I bought my wife an Inspire HR. It would not sync so she tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. When she went back to the apple store to reinstall it, the app no longer shows as available in the store. We've tried resetting her phone. Restoring her phone. Nothing works. I can see it fine in the app store from my phone. If we can't get it fixed , I'll just return it and spend the extra money on an Apple Watch. So...what's your thoughts?

I also have like a ghost app that won’t delete or open when I delete it and try to get the app again it only gives me the option to open rather than download and it won’t open
