Hello, I have been looking at similar issues but I think this is a different one.
basically I’m trying to get notifications to work when “Do not disturb” is enabled for some apps on my phone running iOS 15.3.
i have some apps (like earthquake or severe weather alerts) that I have configured to always notify me. I am getting those “break through” notifications on my phone correctly while in “do not disturb” (ie they show up on the main screen and make a sound).
where things don’t work is that even though I also added the Fitbit app to the “allowed notifications” exception list, they don’t show up on my phone.
it looks like the app does not support those exceptions which is quite annoying. Not sure if there is some setting I missed.
thank you

I meant “doesn’t show up on my watch” as they show up on my phone (sorry first post and I didn’t find how to edit after posting)

HI @NicoNicoSF - the Do not disturb on the watch settings blocks ALL messages as does Sleep. You can see the current settings in Quick Settings by swiping the watch face to the right.

Thanks for the reply. So from what you’re saying this is a current limitation of the Fitbit app or firmware.
I was afraid it was going to be the case… iOS 15 extended the way notifications work to be a lot more granular and in particular allows to be a lot more selective with “Focus” profiles (which generalizes “Do not disturb”).
It looks like Fitbit didn’t catchup yet. Is there a place where this can be surfaced to their teams so that they can maybe prioritize support for “Focus mode”? It should not be much of change as the goal is to just “mirror” notifications from the phone.
