I am very angry I have just bought a new fitbit for my parent I have spoken to Fitbit support as the ipad does not let you down load app I was told fitbit has updated the app and any old ipad s will not be able to use anymore.
Need help?

Let me help you with setting up the Fitbit app on your iPad. The trick is that you need to search for iPhone apps only on the app store. This way you will find the app and be able to install it on your iPad. Remember that the minimum OS version required for the latest app version is iOS 11.

That's the.problem the version is 9,3.5 under systems my mum has it on her iPad same 9.3.5 and works as had it on for awhile but was told if she needs to re stall fitbit app she lose this ?
