I just got a Fitbit Alta from a friend. It isn’t listed in my Fitbit app. How should I proceed to set it up? It’s not syncing with my iPhone 6S plus either.

Best AnswerHi @D2cheer28. Congratulations on getting a Fitbit Alta! We are happy to help you set it up. First, make sure your friend removed the Alta from his/her account ... and also removed it from Bluetooth in their phone settings.
