Can’t log in on the iPhone app

I know I have the right email and password but it can’t find it. I tried to do the “forget my password “ and no emails arrived. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and turning my phone off in between. Not working.

Hello @Uscerin have you been receiving your weekly reports from fitbit every Monday? These will have your registered email address. 

However I notice that your posting from a 5 year old account and if you go to your profile settings your registered email will be displayed near the top of the page. 

If you use a password saver with the browser you should be able to see the password and email through this.

@Uscerin Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

 

Let me help you with your account login. @Rich_Laue mentions something really helpful. Check in which email address you were receiving weekly reports. Also since you have been using the Fitbit app you could try using the website at fitbit.com on your computer to see if you can log in there or recover the password.
