Just updated my iOS to 13 a few days ago, FWIW. Fitbit app had been working perfectly, though today I was asked to log into the app again. However, the iOS app wouldn’t recognize my login credentials. Those same credentials worked perfectly when logging in from Safari or Chrome.
Tried to send a password reset via the iOS app, but a reset email never arrived.
Can’t find any other threads on this topic. Anyone have a solution?

I would call Fitbit customer service to ask them directly to send you the password reset email. You can contact here:
