I’ve somehow been logged out of my Fitbit app and I can’t log back in. It just keeps saying to check that my email and password are correct. I’ve definitely put it in correctly and I can sign into my account on the internet on my phone. Just not the app. I have made sure that my date and time in my phone is set to automatic cause I saw on another thread to do that. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I’ve updated my iOS. However nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
Same here for three days now... while researching it seems it can take engineers a month to reply with a fix to this problem and the people have already tried everything they are suggesting. I have done that too. I’m going to get a different kind. I need the app for challenges and to input info and this is useless to me unless I have the app.
