Can't log into my Fitbit account

Mid sync my app went to the login screen and now refuses to accept my details. I am using iPhone 13 and have been for some time. I can login to the website and I have changed my password. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app several times, rebooting the phone each time. What do I do next?

Hi there, @Frenchrover. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out.

I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. After that, try to log in again.

Thanks for your message. There is no home button on my phone but I have done what you suggested. Still no joy and it’s now 3 days since I was able to sync my watch.
I attach a screenshot of what I get despite putting the correct information in.
I can’t get past this page. What more can I do?
Although I am from UK we are on holiday in France - is this a factor?
