Can't log into the Fitbit app

I’ve been using Fitbit for almost 5 years now & I use the iOS app daily. Two days ago I went to open the Fitbit app to start a walk & it asked me to log in (which it never has before as I remain logged in). I tried logging in using my email & password to receive a notification that my password or email was incorrect or the user did not exist. My password has not changed & it is saved in my phone so I am certain it’s the correct password. I’ve attempted the forgotten password link however I never received an email. It appears my account has been lost, anyone else experienced this?!

Hi there @Hyperness373, welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you so much for the steps you've tried in order to log into your Fitbit app.

I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. After that, try to log in again.

I've moved your post to the iOS App board as there are more chances to get related replies here.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Did you try resetting your password. If so did you get an error 500 or page under maintenance. That was what happened to me when I reset my password and clicked the link and changed my pwd.
