I have an Iphone 5s an I can't log into my fitbit app. I just updated my phone software so it is the most current, and recently downloaded the app so it is the most current. I can log on to the website, and changed my password today. But when I try to log on to the app it pops up a little tab that says "Please check that your email and password are correct." They are correct....why am I getting that message if everything is up to date....Help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app and the OS on your phone if you haven't already. If everything is already updated, please try to restart your password through the Fitbit app by tapping on "Forgot your password" underneath the email and password fields.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
