can't manually log anything to the fitbit app. It was working earlier today and I started excercise and chose WALK. I noticed halfway through the walk that the excercise had closed. I tried to manually record the walk and water but it doesn't respond. I have iphone and offloaded the app, re-installed and rebooted. It still won't let me log anything

Thanks for the detailed information, and the steps that you've tried so far. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and because a new update for the Fitbit app was recently released, could you check if it was installed on your phone? If not, please install the newest version and reboot your phone one more time to see how it goes.

Someone from 2nd level support contacted me as soon as the update was available and the update fixed the problem
