Could you please confirm if what you see are grayish areas when accessing the application?
If so, our team is aware of this and looking into closely. I understand your feelings about this situation, and this is definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
You may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see the desired results. It's worth a try.
There should be no loss of information as long as you sync your devices beforehand.

I’ve got the same problem. Seems independent of fitbit device. Is an App issues. Freezes as soon as I click on Exercise days. Recent ly exercises stopped showing up altogether.

This is still an issue, and causing me to not use the watch cause this is the only thing I use it for. Can you guys roll back to previous version while you figure it out?
