Can't pair Charge 2 to iPhone 6S

Hi I just bought the Charge 2 today and Im trying to set it up on my iphone 6s. I have the app on my phone and I am trying to sync it and I get to the part where I pair my tracker and put the four numbers in. I put the numbers in and then my phone says connecting the fitbit but it never connects. It just stays on that screen and the tracker screen usually turns off. I have bluetooth on and its not connected to anything else. I have wifi on and Ive tried resetting both the tracker and my phone. My IOS is up to date and I cant think of what else to do.

Hey there @ccre5, it's awesome to see a new member around! Smiley Very Happy Thanks for troubleshooting this before posting, nice way to go!

Just to double check, I'd like you to take a look at this post to see if every single step was already attempted without skipping neither or them.

If that doesn't work, you can also try setting it up with another mobile device (listed here) if you have a friend that you can borrow their phone just to see if you get the same problem and figure out where the issue is coming from.

Let me know the outcome!

I did follow all of the steps and I tried pairing it with several phones and none of them worked so I exchanged it for a different one and the new one paired
