When I go to sync my calls on the notifications it loads fine but then a message pops up saying Bluetooth couldn't connect but in settings jm connected! What do I do?

Welcome to the Community @CandyCorn. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend checking This Post where you will be able to find some steps to make your tracker sync again with your iOS Fitbit app. Now, if the problem is directly with the calls do the following:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
3. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
