Thank you for your reply, @Nese_4.
I appreciate proving screenshots. It looks like your Charge 2 is not paired to your Fitbit account. I recommend doing the following:
1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
2. If you don't see your Charge 2 paired, tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts. I recommend making sure your iOS devices are up-to-date. Have you tried to send a message to your friends using an online fitbit.com dashboard? I also would like to confirm which Fitbit device do you have paired to your Fitbit account and the OS version you're using on your phone/tablet? I will be glad to investigate further.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I would like to confirm if you have a Fitbit device paired to your Fitbit account? Fitbit community features are a great way to connect with other Fitbit users, but at this time these features are available to customers with a device connected to their Fitbit account or to customers with a Premium subscription.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
