I can only see one line of text in the challenges—the rest of the text is cut off. This is only iOS as the Apple users are having the same problem but not the Android users. I don’t see a post for this and it’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I’ve closed and opened the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone. Is this problem being worked on?

Looking back at some of the comments I’m wondering if FitBit really cares. Will this ever be resolved ?
Our group has been having this same issue for months. It kind of takes away from the fun of the challenges! It seems like it could/should be a relatively easy technical fix. Please help!!
Lizzy,
it has now been FIVE months of aggravation with this problem and still no resolution. How much longer will your team be working on this? Five months is extremely long for a seemingly simple problem. Please get this fixed. Where is it now in the process with your tech people? When will this be resolved please?
I’m having the same issue. Running the newest app on the newest iOS on an iPhone 8plus.
This problem still exists in the newest Fitbit app version 3.15.1 that was released on 2/24/2020. In fact, it looks like eleven (11) new updates to the Fitbit app have been released since this problem was first reported. Most of them just say "Bug fixes and performance improvements."
What bugs are being fixed instead of this one, and how many more bugs need to be fixed before Fitbit gets to this one? This issue is one of the most viewed topics in the community forums, but it is getting the least attention from Fitbit.

Hi Lizzy,
Just inquiring about an update. Folks are losing their patience. I have had friends that have went out and bought a new tracker due to the ongoing problem and lack of communication. Fitbit technical support should be able to give us an update on what they are doing to correct this issue - would be much appreciated by everyone. Ignoring the issue - WILL make us go away!
It is definitely starting to feel that way. Perhaps they'd prefer it if we all got Apple watches or some other brand of tracker.
So should we assume that this is such a difficult technical problem that your developers don't know how to fix it, or, much more likely, should we assume that it's a simple fix but user satisfaction in this area is such a low priority that it's on the backest of backlogs?
Well Fitbit? Your customer service is abysmal as always. Am only sticking with you because of the friends I have here on this platform. What is happening. Your product is broken. FIX IT.
This problem still exists in the newest Fitbit app version 3.17 that was released last week. So three (3) more updates to the Fitbit app have been released in the last month, and the issue has still not been addressed. Way to go, Fitbit!
Instead of fixing this, they added new workouts, more mindfulness, and a different Discover layout. Plus, they're no longer supporting iOS11 or older iPhones. It's safe to say that we're being ignored.
@LizzyFitbit Can we please get some direct, accurate information on this particular problem without all the generalizations like you understand how we feel and how your team is working hard?

Just adding my voice to the crowd. I've had this problem for a while.
I have the Aria scale, and I've had 3 fitbits so far. I called fitbit support about this very issue and after the initial conversation I never got a follow up.
The only thing keeping me with fitbit is these challenges. If there's no resolution to this issue soon then I'm not going to buy another fitbit.
